Academy Gold is the top level of our Academy squads. It involves continued skill enhancement, development of endurance and athletic education.

Academy Gold Entry Criteria

• Swimmers age 7-10. Age as of December 31.
• Use Pace Clock
• Complete Sets 800m-1500m in distance holding form
• Swim a proficient 100m IM
• Hold underwaters to 15m
• Relay Takeovers

Session Attendance

A minimum expectation of 3 session per week and 1 land training session.

Squad Pathway Progression

Depending on the level of attainment reached by the individual during their time in the Academy squads, will decide which of the 3 pathways they will be asked to join.

This will be based on attendance, attitude and performance.

ALL squad movements will be at the discretion of the Head Coach.

Annual Club Membership - £35.00
Annual Swim England Membership (2023) - £38.00
