Please take the time to read the following important information, especially if you are new to galas.
Please arrive poolside at least 15 minutes before the start of the warm up for your session and report to your coach or one of the team managers.
If you are caught in traffic and are going to be late, or are not going to swim for any reason, please contact the team manager on 07938568591
If you do not arrive on time, and we have not heard from you by the time of the warm up then you will be withdrawn from the race and will not be able to swim.
Take healthy food and drink poolside- for suggestions read What to eat at a Gala
Wear your Shiverers hat and T-shirt
Take a spare towel, goggles and something to occupy yourself between races
Tell the coach or team manager if you are going to leave poolside - and parents, sorry, you are not allowed poolside.
If you are new to competition, there are some useful documents on the website which will explain how galas run and what to expect at galas - you can find these here.
If you've got any questions on the day the coach, team managers and club captains are poolside to help - just ask.
