Coaches Guidance:
National:
1 x 400m event, 2 x 200m events, 3 x100m events, 4 x 50m events
Youth Sprint:
4 x 50m events & 3 x 100m events
Age 10/12/14
hr:
Please enter your
main events plus 400 IM.
You should aim to enter a minimum
of 4-5 events per day.
Please note that you
will not be able to use the times from this meet for your County
Championships entries.
