Portsmouth Northsea L1 Easter Meet (Long Course)  (SP1/SP2 squads only)

Location: The Mountbatten Centre, Alexandra Park, Portsmouth PO2 9QA

Entry Fee: £6 for all 50s, 100s & 200s, £8 for 400s and £12 for 800m & 1500m.

SESSION TIMES

The times for the sessions are

Thursday 18th April   Session 1 – Warm up   16:00   Start 17:00 ( 16:00 to 16:25 w/u for mixed 1500 and  16:25 to 16:50 w/u for mixed 800) If on the night session 1 is scheduled to exceed 3hours there will be a 10-15min break between the 1500m & 800m

Friday 19th April       Session 2 -  Warm up   08:00    Start 09:00

Friday 19th April        Session 3 -  Warm up  13:30   Start 14:30

Saturday 20th April   Session 4 – Warm up   08:00   Start 09:00

Saturday 20th April   Session 5 – Warm up   13:30    Start 14:30

Sunday 21st April      Session 6 – Warm up    08:00   Start   09:00

Sunday 21st  April     Session 7 – Warm up    13:30   Start 14:30

In sessions 1-7 there will be  15-20 minute break to complete the paperwork for the finals
