Warm up for Sessions 2 & 4 TBC

The competition is open to all swimmers and events on the day will be categorised in the following age groups: –8yrs & under, 9yrs & under, 11yrs & under, 13yrs & under, 15yrs & under and Open. (Age as at Midnight 31st December 2019).

DDSC Club Championship awards for swimmers finishing 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be made based on the following age groups as identified in the Club Championship Policy: 8&Under (400 free, 400IM and 200's swam as time trial only), 9/10years, 11/12 years, 13/14 years and 15 years and over for the 100m and 200m events only.

We have incorporated the 400m into this schedule as there will be no separate 400m Freestyle Club Championship event this year. The overall DDSC winners in the 400m event in the following age groups 9/12 years, 13/15 years and 16 year and over will therefore be awarded the Club Championship awards.

There will be a SKINS event and entries for this will be determined as follows: Age groups 13 years & under and 14 years & over with the top 8 girls and top 8 boys overall in 100 IM, with reserves so that the event is started with a full 8 lanes.

There will also be team selected for Golden Relays and teams will be drawn out of the hat on the day of the competition. Teams must consist of 1 boy and 1 girl and each swimmer must swim 2 legs of the relay. Legs will be swum in Individual Medley relay order and each leg will be 50m

The cost per entry is £4. Swimmers are encouraged to enter as many events as they would like to, but particularly the 400m event.

Please hand your completed entry form with the entry fee to Rose Coates or post in the DDSC Red Post Box by Monday 21st October by 7pm. If paying by cheque please make it payable to Daventry Dolphins Swimming Club.
