MCASA JULY INVITATIONAL MEET
Saturday, 17th July ONLY

at Northolt Leisure Centre, Eastcote Lane, Northolt, UB5 4AB
Warm Up starts at 12.45pm
Age Groups : 9/10, 11/12, 13/14 years

This is a short course meet and swimmers entering must enter their current short course best times. Swimmers must meet the qualification times advised. Swimmers cannot enter with NT (no time).
Any swimmer accepted to swim in the London Region Festival of Swimming (24/25 July) is not permitted to enter this competition.
Awards will be given to the top 3 swimmers in each double age category. Medals can only be collected by the Team Coach or Team Manager at the end of each session.
Skins event will be picked from the fastest 8 100IM athletes across all ages.
Entry fee is £5 per individual entry.
Times achieved will not be eligible as qualifying times for Nationals but may be used for County & Regional competitions.
Entries may be restricted to adhere to pool time or on health & safety grounds. Entries will be accepted on fastest first basis. Refunds will be given to swimmers who are scratched due to restricted space. Where swimmers have tested positive to Covid, a full refund will be given if proof of a positive test result can be shown. Full refund will be given should there be a Government imposed lockdown. NO OTHER REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE. Entered times/events may not be changed after the closing date. There will be no time trials on the day of the meet.
On the day withdrawals must be made at least 40 minutes prior to the start of each session. Failure to withdraw in adequate time may result in the club being fined £5 per swimmer which will be passed on to the swimmer's account.
Limited seating area for spectators will depend on Government Covid regulations on the day. A decision will be made one week prior to the Meet. Programmes will be available for download from www.middlesexswimming.com 1 week prior to the meet.
All swimmers competing must complete a 'Return to Competition Health Declaration Form) no more than 7 days prior to the competition date. Swimmers will not be permitted to swim without submitting the form.
Swimmers are reminded that they should not attend if
- they have a high temperature,
- a new, continuous cough,
- a loss of , or change to, their sense of smell or taste.
