IMPORTANT:

CHILDREN MUST BE AGED 9 OR OVER AS AT 17TH JULY 2022 IN ORDER TO ENTER THIS MEET.

BY SIGNING UP TO THIS MEET, YOU ARE AGREEING TO INDEMNIFY KINGSTON ROYALS FOR ALL ENTRIES ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN MARKED AS "APPROVED" EVEN IF IT SUBSEQUENTLY TRANSPIRES YOU CAN NO LONGER ATTEND.

THIS MEET IS ACCEPTING NO TIME (NT) ENTRIES.

PLEASE BE AWARE, THAT OUR ENTRY INTO THIS MEET WILL BE A COMPLETE LOTTERY.  PORTSMOUTH HAVE SET UP THE MEET SO ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE OPEN FOR ENTRY AT A CERTAIN TIME ON A SPECIFIED DATE.  WHILST I WILL DO A SCHEDULED SEND OF OUR ENTRIES SO THE MAIL SERVER SUBMITS OUR ENTRIES AT THE SPECIFIED ENTRY TIME, OTHER CLUBS WILL NO DOUBT DO THE SAME AND THEREFORE IT WILL BE A COMPLETE LOTTERY AS TO WHOSE ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED AS THOSE WHO GET THERE FIRST AFTER THE OPENING TIME, WILL BE ACCEEPTED.
 
AS A RESULT, I WILL NOT INVOICE YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL AFTER WE HAVE CONFIRMATION OUR ENTRIES HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED.  ONCE I AM NOTIFIED OUR ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED, I WILL E-MAIL YOU WITH PAYMENT DETAILS FOR THIS MEET.

Aimed at:  All Swimmers from Regionals, County Youths and County Juniors and Juniors.

Please note the following:-

The competition will be open to age groups 9,10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15+.

Cost of each Race/Event:

£7.00 for all 50m, 100m and 200m events
£9.00 for all 400m events
 
Pool:  This event is a Long Course Meet - i,e. is being held in a pool where one length of the pool is 50 metres (our training pools are 25 metres in length).

Ages: will be at midnight Sunday 17th July 2022.

Qualifying Standards: Upper qualifying times only will apply. All swimmers who are slower or have no times are eligible to enter. The promoters reserve the right to exclude any swimmer from an event if it is found they have a faster time on the National Rankings, since 1st June 2021.  If space is available time trials may be accepted at the promoter’s discretion.
