HODDESDON SUMMER SPRINT 2022

Date: Saturday 25th June 2022, 3:30pm warm-up for 4:15pm start

Venue: Leisurezone, Harlow, CM20 3DT

Details: 

Hoddesdon SC will start setting up from 3pm. Swimmers and spectators will be able to enter poolside/spectator gallery from 3.15pm for a warm-up start at 3.30pm. Session 2 warm-up is expected to start around 7pm - please ensure your swimmer arrives in plenty of time for this start. Anticipated finish time 9pm.
 
Spectator entrance fee is preferred to be paid by cash, if possible, please:
1 Session - £7
2 Sessions - £12
Seniors - £6 per session
Raffle tickets - £3 per strip or £1 each
 
  • Parking at the Harlow Leisurezone is £4.70. This is paid using the venue's token & pay machine system. 
  • There is a cafe on site but this closes at 5pm, so spectators and swimmers should ensure that they have sufficient food and drinks for the event. Ensure that all rubbish is placed in the bins provided throughout the afternoon and evening.
  • Please be mindful that poolside is really busy and to place belongings in lockers where possible. 
  • Swimmers must have a top, shorts/joggers, and shoes if leaving poolside to the main reception area. As a minimum, a tshirt/club top must be worn when collecting a medal.
  • Spectators/family/friends who are not there in an official capacity are not allowed in the changing rooms or poolside.
