Dates & Venue: 14 & 15 January 2023  @ London Aquatic Centre
                           18 & 19 February 2023 @ Hillingdon Leisure Centre
 
Club Deadline: 7th December 2022
 
Age Groups: 10/11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17+ and ages will be determined as at 31st December 2023.
 
Club Entry Fee: 
  • Entry fees shall be £9.50 for 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, £15.50 for 800m & 1500m Events (inc admin).
  • Entry fees will be added to your teamunify account.
Spectator Entry Fees:   £5.00 per session
       
Entry Criteria: Times must be no Slower than the Lower Limit Qualifying times below.
