INFORMATION FOR KINGSTON ROYALS SWIMMERS:-
BY SIGNING UP TO
THIS MEET, YOU ARE AGREEING TO INDEMNIFY KINGSTON ROYALS FOR
ALL ENTRIES WHICH ARE MARKED AS APPROVED, EVEN IF IT SUBSEQUENTLY
TRANSPIRES YOU/YOUR SWIMMER CAN NO LONGER
ATTEND.
ENTRIES ARE MARKED APPROVED THE DAY AFTER THE TEAM UNIFY PUBLISHED
REGISTRATION CLOSING DATE OF 6TH SEPTEMBER, AT WHICH POINT YOU
BECOME LIABLE FOR ALL RACE FEES.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH
THE ABOVE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR CHILD TO SWIM AT THIS
EVENT.

SWIMMERS AGED 9 OR OVER AS AT 19TH NOVEMBER 2023 CAN
ENTER THIS MEET.
No late entries will be
accepted as it is important I know how many entries I have from
Kingston Royals swimmers before accepting entries from
external clubs.

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: This is a Kingston Royals Club
Championship Meet and all swimmers aged 9 or over as at
19th November should sign up to swim.
Children who are under 9 years old as at
19th November 2023 cannot enter this
meet.
Kingston Royals swimmers do not need to
meet the Qualifying Times or have an entry time to enter an
event. If a
swimmer does not have a time for an event, they can still swim that
event, they can enter as a No Time entry
- this will display as an NT next to the race
name. All swimmers will be entered into the meet with
their best times.
In short, Kingston
swimmers can sign up for all events regardless of whether they do
not have a time, where the time appears in red next to an
event or where the system states "not
qualified".
The Cost of each
Race/Event is £6.00 (this is a subsidised rate as this meet
doubles up as the KRSC Club Championships).
You will be invoiced for your entries after the registration Closing Date of 6th September 2023 - online payment information and a payment reference will be provided. Please note once your races have been marked as approved (which will be the day after the registration Closing Date), you will not be refunded if your swimmer subsequently decides they no longer want to swim an event/s. As with all open meets, refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances. Swapping events will also not be permitted.
