400m IM, 400m, 800m/1500m Club Championships to be held in conjunction with Elmbridge Phoenix SC, Woking SC and Leander SC at the Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Centre - see below.

Aimed at:  Swimmers aged 11 years and over as at 10th June 2023

Younger swimmers aged 9 and 10 may be invited to attend this gala at short notice if there is space available, but any invites will be at the discretion of their coach.

A licence has been obtained for this event. 

Events:  1500m, 800m 400m Freestyle and 400 Individual Medley

Cost:  THERE IS A CHARGE OF:-

£8.00 FOR THE 400M IM AND 400M FREESTYLE

£10.00 FOR THE 800M AND 1500M EVENTS

IMPORTANT:  THIS GALA WILL ONLY GO AHEAD IN THE EVENT WE ARE ABLE TO SOURCE SUFFICIENT OFFICIALS SO, IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED OFFICIAL AND CAN ASSIST AT THIS GALA, PLEASE LET MARTIN EALES, OUR OFFICIALS CO-ORDINATOR, KNOW, BY USING THE LINK BELOW

N ADDITION, THE MAIN EVENTS ARE THE 800M AND 1500M FREESTYLE.  HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT WE STILL HAVE SPACE AND TIME, WE WILL THEN ALSO OFFER THE 400 FREESTYLE AND/OR 400M IM.  THEREFORE, PLEASE SIGN UP FOR ALL EVENTS YOU WISH TO SWIM.  SWIMMERS CAN ENTER WITH NT ("NO TIME") ENTRIES FOR EVENTS.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AFTER THE REGISTRATION CLOSING DATE WHETHER THE  GALA WILL DEFINITELY TAKE PLACE AND WHICH EVENTS WILL BE SWUM.
