Saturday 7th to Sunday 8th October 2023

| Events (Individual only): | Freestyle | 50m, 100m, 200m & 400m |
| Breaststroke, Butterfly & Backstroke | 50m, 100m & 200m | |
| Individual Medley | 200m & 400m | |
| Entry fee: | £9.00 per event for all 50m, 100m and 200m | |
| £10.00 per event for 400m and 400m IM | ||
Please note: There are no qualifying times, but there are upper limit times (ULT). Entry times faster than the published “ULT” may be rejected. Swimmers are expected to enter their current best times and we will not be accepting NT so, PLEASE NOTE NO TIME = NO SWIM. Please speak to your child's squad coach if you are unsure which event(s) to enter and the time.
Entry deadlines for NUELSC swimmers - 4th August 2023 (midnight)
Payment: BACS/Bank transfer - payment in full to NUELSC before or on 4th August 2023 (Please put ref: swimmer's name/ECQ).
Card payment - If you have entered your card details on Team Unify, we will charge your card on 1st September 2023
If payment not received in full by the deadline your entries will NOT be submitted.
Refunds & Withdrawals:
Refunds - No refund once your entries have been accepted.
Withdrawals - please let us know as soon as possibe if you are unable to swim.
