The Surrey Age Group Championships will take place over the following 6 days in February:

• 5th & 6th Feb. at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford (50m)

• 19th & 20th Feb. at London Aquatic Centre (50m)

• 26th & 27th Feb. at Surrey Sports Park (50m) 

The entry fees are:

• £8.50 per individual event for events up to 400m

• £10 for 800m and 1500m freestyle

• £10 per team event

The Promoters Conditions; Schedule of Event and Qualification Times are attached

Over the past couple of weeks I have emailed out the eligibility reports and have added in missing times.  Please note that all entry files for galas (including Surreys) are created using TU so if your swimmer competes in a gala where the club is not partcipating please let me know so I can upload the results.  Times are not automatically updated on TU from the Swim England Rankings Database .

Note that there are both short and long course qualification times (see attached).  If your swimmer has qualified with both times the short course time will automatically be used however, if you prefer the long course time be used please let me know and I will amend it manually. 

Entries close on the 31st December.   

I am aware that swimmers will be competing in the Kingston New Year Gala on the 15th and 16th Jan and I will add any new or updated times manually after 31st December on your advice.

Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated as timings will be incredibly tight so any questions or queries please let me know ASAP.

If your swimmer does not intend to participate please let me know urgently please to allow me to focus on  checking the data of those that are
