After you have completed a successful assessment with Norwich Swan please follow the steps below to complete your Club Membership. For more information on assessments please call 01603 700196. Please DO NOT register yourselves on our website - we will do this for you. (See below).
1) Complete an Annual Membership Form and an ASA Membership form
New swimmers will be handed a Membership form and an ASA form from their coach. This should include which squad you are joining. Once these have been competed they need to be sent back to the membership secretary at the address on the membership form. Once you have sent your forms back we will register you on the website and you will then be emailed your login details for your own account with access to member only areas. 2) Review the Club Rules & Code of Conduct
When you join Norwich Swan you are agreeing to abide by the Club Rules & Code of Conduct - both documents can be reviewed here:
Swimmers in CA, CS, CY, PA and PY squads also need to abide by the "Swimmer and Coach Agreement". This can be viewed below - please sign & return to Stewart Park, head coach.
3) View Squad Training times and Fees
Information for each squad can be found on the appropriate squad page.
4) Set up Auto-Pay on the website within your account
We will register you on the website and you will then be emailed your login details for your own account with access to member only areas. Please DO NOT register yourself on the website. Under "My Account" click on the "Set up Auto Pay" tab and add a credit or debit card. This card will be billed on the first of each month for your squad fees and any gala fees outstanding. If you have any queries during this process please contact our membership secretary.
By registering your payment card on the website, and selecting the option 'fees associated with my account', you are giving Norwich Swan consent to take payment of any fees due, on the first of each month. If at any time you wish to cease membership of Norwich Swan and/or remove your personal data and/or payment card you can do this by contacting the membership secretaryvia email.
