At Cambridge there was a top performance from Louis Armitage in his first competition after long term illness where he made the final of the Under 15 50m Breast with a pb of 33.20, finishing 7th in the final and a 1.5 second pb in the 50m Free as well.
James Chennells swam 8 races and set pb in his 50m Free short course (25.47) whilst being on pb in every other event whilst in heavy distance training.
Brother, Dan, lopped 3 seconds off his 100 Free (1:02.50) and dropped into the 28 second bracket in his 50m Free for the first time (28.45).
Zac Patel set his best ever 100m Breast with 1:13.57 feeling better than for several months.
Ish Rahim took 15 years bronze in 50m Breast (34.42) and 200 IM 2:22.33, pb by 3 seconds along with silver in the 100m Fly (1:01.54) also in pb.
Ella Nijkamp and Luke Nijkamp set bests in the 50 Fly and 100 Back respectively to complete an excellent top level meet for the swimmers.
