Happy New Year to you all. We are looking forward to getting back in the pool, training restarts tonight after the Christmas break and we are now aiming for the Cornwall County Championships in January and February.

Some Reminders:-

  • Please ensure your direct debits are correct for your swimmers and come out of your account during for the first week of each month. Labelled with name of swimmer.
  • Swim England Membership fees are now due by 31/1/22. Email was sent yesterday.
  • Paying for competitions - please ensure that when you have entered, you pay immediately to our account with name of competion and swimmers name (whatever fits best in the reference section) this makes our Treasurers job a little easier.
  • A reminder about our Covid Procedures -  Swim England is strongly encouraging athletes, coaches, teachers, volunteers and spectators to wear face coverings where possible following the announcement of additional Covid restrictions by the Government that come into affect today, 10th December 2021.

Safety is our highest priority

  1. We ask all swimmers, coaches, volunteers etc to wear a face covering to indoor swim training sessions and competitions when they are not physically competing, training, teaching or coaching, unless they are medically exempt.
  2. Officials should also wear a face covering if their role allows them to do so.
  3. Swimmers should continue to arrive swim ready, not to use the changing rooms and to leave in suitable clothing, wearing a mask.
  4. All swimmers should remain inside the building until a parent/guardian collects from the pool. Parents please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for pick up. Please tell your children not to leave until you have collected them. We do not want to any swimmers leaving pools without a parent/guardian. This applies to all swimmers under 18.

Please ensure this is communicated to all swimmers and is applicable with immediate effect and ongoing until we are advised any differently, thank you for your co-operation.
