Thank you to our Head Coach Pat for supporting our swimmers at the Somerset ASA County Champs over the past four weekends!
With Pat's guidance and support, Team Clevedon had the best
ever counties results; achieving 4th place, behind Millfield,
Taunton Deane and University of Bath. Success was seen across all
age groups and stages, from swimmers competing for the first time
through to regional and national qualification times. A handful of
our swimmers will be attending the British Championship meet in the
summer, following their performance at this event.
Coaches from other clubs and in Swim England have been in touch to congratulate the club on their outstanding achievements.
After the pandemic forced us to pretty much shut down the club, we are so proud and pleased with Team Clevedon’s success. Thanks also to every volunteer, swimmer and coach who have done so much to get our swimmers back in the pool.
