Electronic Payment Processing System: IMPORTANT

Dear Swimmers / Parents

You should by now all have received emails about the club moving to automated biling.

A Big Thank you to everyone that has already set up their details.  

A big request to anyone that still has to add their details - please follow the instructions below ASAP.

The bank account that your current standing orders are paid into will be closing shortly so it is important that you make the switch over now.

You should cancel your Standing orders once you have set up your details.

The username and password required are your usual login details for team unify/ ondeck.

The username will be your email address and we can send a password reset email to get you started if you have forgotten your password

It's simple to enable our electronic payment processing system. Simply visit our team website at and click on the Sign In button to sign into your private, secure account. If you do not have a user name and password, please request one by emailing [email protected]

Once logged in:

Click on My Account

  • Go to the Payment Setup Tab
  • Click the Add New card button
  • Enter your information and click Save
  • You are now ready to pay electronically!

Privately, in your account, in the £My Invoice/Payment section under My Account, you can review what you currently owe, what will be charged to your method of payment on file, and past billing histories.
