Please be aware of the following changes to training through November:

Monday 6th November AM: There will be no training at Culford for the Competitive squad on this morning. Haverhill remains unaffected.

Sunday 12th November PM: Due to the Club Champs Distance events, there will be no training at Haverhill for the Competitive or Masters squads on this afternoon. Masters are welcome to train on either the Thursday (9th November) evening session at Haverhill from 7:00 - 8:00pm or the Friday (10th November) morning session at Haverhill from 5:45 - 7:15am as an alternative.

Friday 17th November PM: Nemo squad will have the option to train at Bury at the earlier time of 5:00 - 5:45pm on this evening. Due to the Club Champs, there will be no training for any other squads at Bury or Haverhill on this evening.

Saturday 18th November AM: Due to the Club Champs, there will be no training at Culford or Haverhill for Competitive and Development squads on this morning.

Sunday 19th November AM: Due to the Club Champs, there will be no training at Bury or Haverhill for the Nemo and Skills squads on this morning.

Sunday 19th November PM: Due to the Club Champs, there will be no training at Haverhill for the Competitive & Masters squads on this evening. Masters are welcome to train on either the Thursday (16th November) evening session at Haverhill from 7:00 - 8:00pm or the Friday (17th November) morning session at Haverhill from 5:45 - 7:15am as an alternative.

Monday 20th November AM: There will be no training for the Competitive squad at Culford or the Competitive and Development squads at Haverhill on this morning.
