Triple success for CWSC

The last couple of months have been an exciting time for CWSC, starting with the appointment of our new Director of Swimming, Lisa Bates, and continuing with what is turning into another really successful season.

CWSC qualifies for Arena League London Final

After two exciting rounds of competition, CWSC has qualified once again for the London Final of the National Arena Swimming League. This is fantastic news and highlights the commitment of swimmers and coaches across the club. The final will take place in Luton on Saturday 9th of December.

Lisa selected to represent GB in Ontario Junior International Swim Meet

British Swimming have selected Lisa to represent GB in the ‘Ontario Junior International Swim Meet’ in December. The meet is part of the ‘World Class Swimming Programme’ and Lisa will be leading a group of Britain’s best youths, exposing them to competition across the continent.

Top Visiting Club at Hitchin Open Meet

Success for CWSC continued this weekend in Hitchin, where most of the Junior Performance and Advanced Development swimmers competed on Sunday 26th. Mostly swimming personal best times across the board and achieving county qualifying times, the swimmers swam the club proud and took home the top club award!

It appears CWSC will be swimming out 2017 in style and we look forward to the Winter Nationals and Hillingdon Winter Meet in December - if success continues to build, it will lay the foundation for a very exciting 2018.

**There are still a few spaces available on our winter fastrack and competitive skills camp - the fastrack camp is open to just CWSC swimmers and the competitive skills camp is open to all club swimmers. Book now to avoid disappointment**
