Our Performance Squad spend a huge amount of time training to be the very best.  To do that its important if not crucial that they feed their bodies to prepare them for the hard work to come. 

This winter Durham City made links with Youth Sport Nutrition to see that our athletes were given the best possible advice on what to eat and when to eat it to support their training and racing. 

There was some great feedback from the session and lots of lessons learned. 

We look forward to working with Youth Sports Nutrition again in the future.
