Are you between 16-18 and looking for work experience to run alongside your studies and training?

About the Role
Soundwell Swimming Club’s learn to swim team are looking for passionate volunteers to assist and teach our lessons. These volunteers will work within our competitive pathway and aid swimmers in their development to become competitive swimmers.
Full training will be provided (terms and conditions apply), including the Swim England Level One Teaching Assistant and the Swim England Level Two in Teaching Swimming (a total cost of £1,075).
We are looking for volunteers to join our team, who are able to commit to Sunday or Wednesday evening’s, with the view of potentially covering shifts on other days in the week to help with holiday and sickness cover.
Candidates will need:
- Good communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal).
- To be able to work well as part of a team.
- To be reliable.
- To be passionate about swimming.
