There are difficult times ahead, and we are truly blessed with our amazing NHS.
 
Your daily routine needs to include exercises for both body and mind, but here we will be talking about your body.
 
Start the day with PE from Joe.
They are at 9am daily. However, if you want to do it earlier, just do the previous days routine.
 
 
Emilio's core strength routine.
5mins lite running on the spot to warmup
Then:
30 seconds each.
Plank
Left side Plank
Supermans
Right Side Plank
Bridge ( leave this out if its to hard)
Rest 2 mins
Repeat 3 times
If its to easy, increase time to 40sec 50sec ect, and or decrease rest time.
