100 club

Dear Swimmer/Parent/Guardian/Member

Thank you if you have signed up for the 100 club already. We've had a fantastic response but unfortunately we still have another 30 numbers still free. We have decided to move the first draw to the Tuesday after the Easter weekend. Hopefully this will encourage a few more people to participate.

If you have already signed up but haven't paid yet please do so ASAP. I now have a bank account solely for club fund raising. You can email me at pitt619@btinternet.com and I will send you the details.

Don't forget to ask family and friends if they are interested in joining.

Please see full details below

As part of trying to engage more members of the club we are trying to come up with ways to raise money and get people more involved. To this effect, we are going to start a 100 Club. Below are a few key points and the rules.

  • Cost £15.00 per year for one number (One off payment by cash. This is to be received no later than Friday 31st March 2017)
  • 11 Prizes of £50.00 - 1 prize of £50.00 per month* (*except December)
  • 1 Prize draw of £200.00 in December
  • Draw to take place on 5th of each month with the first draw due to take place on 5th April 2017.

You will be advised of your lucky dip number(s) when all 100 numbers have been sold.

Numbers will be sold on a 'first come, first served' basis and we would urge you to try and sell as many numbers as you can to both family and friends to make this a success.

This year, proceeds from the 100 Club will go towards the BSC Majorca Training Camp in October.

If you have already asked to join, THANK YOU -please can you get the money to me ASAP.

If you would like to participate and support your club please email me at pitt619@btinternet.com as soon as possible.  You can then hand your entry money & contact details (in a sealed envelope with your name and email address on the envelope) to either your Squad Rep or myself; 64 Dunbar Avenue, Beckenham, BR3 3RQ or through my daughter Brooke (top squad).

Kind regards
