At the Herts Masters at The Venue, Borehamwood, 5 masters (Ellie MacDonald, Sian MacDonald, Tracy Van Deventer, Mark Strakosch and Tom Strakosch) came away loaded with medals.

Ellie MacDonald took Gold in her 50m Breast & Fly and silver in the 50m Free.
Sian MacDonald was a triple gold winner in the 100m IM, 50m Breast and 50m Free.
Mark Strakosch took 3 Golds (IM, Back & Fly) and 2 silvers (Breast & Free). His Free of 31.58 was his second best 50m free time in the last 2 years, showing that even at 56 years old he has no intention of slowing down.
Tom Strakosch took his gold in the 50m Back with silvers in the medley, breast & free and bronze in the fly.
To cap a fun packed evening, the Strakosch boys, Van Deventer and Sian MacDonald combined for 6th in the mixed 4 x 25m Medley relay.
The results across both meets evidence just how broadly based the club now is from National medallists to novice swimmers and masters to 9 year olds all competing at their own level and with a sense of enjoyment and achievement.
