British Records Broken for Masters Swimmer Helen

During a busy weekend for the Caradon Masters, another of our swimmers Helen Kula-Przezwanski made the 200-mile trek up to Crawley to take part in the Swim South East Long Course Masters 2019 Meet.

Helen did both herself and Caradon proud as she obtained a new British Record in the 200 Backstroke for the 60-64 age group, swimming it in 2.55.92 beating the old record by 12 seconds.

Not content with that, Helen then went on to then set another British record for the 200 IM in a time of 2.58.45, knocking just over 3 seconds off the previous time.

Helen finished off the weekend winning Gold in the 200 F/S and taking silver in the 50 BK coming 2nd  to Liz Cozgrave from Ireland who set a new European Record in the event.

Amazing Swimming, Congratulations Helen from us all.
