New Payment System

As you're all now aware the club is only going to accept payments via direct debit from July except in exceptional circumstances. Direct debit is straighforward and secure to setup using our chosen provider GoCardless. GoCardless is the UK's leading direct debit provider for thousands of businesses and clubs. It is fully FSA approved and backed by RBS. You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee which means your bank will get any disputed payments back for you. The club decided to go for direct debit because subscriptions are time consuming and error prone for the volunteers who run the club who are also parents. And judging by the BACS payments we deal with, its not that simple for you either. Direct debit is a quicker and easier way to manage all your payments.

More information is available under the Parent section of the website once you have logged in and where you can sign up for direct debit. Doing it online will save the club £200 a month. The process is complete with you see a reference including TILEHURSTSC in your list of direct debits at your bank. On the 1st of every month we will send you your account balance which you can view anytime under My Account here on the web. We will take the money via GoCardless from your account after the 5th so you can query any amounts first.
