Congrats to Masters at Welsh Championships

Swim Wales Open Masters Championships –
March 2018
Elizabeth
Knowles, Maida Shivik and Zorika Adams battled with the snow and
travelled down to Swansea for the Welsh Open meet last weekend.
They came back with a medal hoard of 4 Golds, 6 Silvers and 2
Bronzes and many PBs.
Elizabeth won
gold in the 400m free and 200m IM; Maida for the 400m Free and
Zorika in 200m Backstroke. Silver medals were won by Maida in
100m Breastroke and in the 100m, 200m and 1500m Freestyle events
and by Zorika in the 200m and 400m Free. Maida and Zorika also won
bronzes in the 800m Free.
