Why did you get into coaching?

"I saw coaching as a natural progression from my competing days and I wanted to give something back to the sport that I love"

Background/List of achievements past and present:

"During my coaching career, I have coached many swimmers to medal and final at Senior National, British Championships and Youth/Age Group Championships. I have also placed swimmers on the following teams, Commonwealth Games Delhi (2010), Tri Nations GB V Canada V Russia (2009), European Youth Olympics (2009) England Schools WISE International (2008/2009/2010), World School Games Doha (2009), European Junior Championships (2008) and World Short Course Championships (2016).

I have worked with British Swimming as a coach on the world class coaching development programme and have also been part of the coaching team for the ASA South East Region Level 2 Talent programme, the Advanced Apprenticeship in Supporting Excellence (AASE) programme and Team GB coaching staff for the Tri Nations International. In addition, from Oct 2007 to 2011 and during 2017 I was the Head Coach to Berks & South Bucks County Swim Team."

Favourite Pool:

I have been to many swimming pools abroad and in the UK, but my favourite pool in the UK is Ponds Forge, Sheffield.

Greatest achievement in swimming/coaching:

Selected as a coach for British Swimming team at the Tri Nations meet
