“Win if you can, lose if you must, but never quit”
Message from Head Coach
October kicked off with fierce competition in the first round of the National Arena League Saturday, 13th at the Hart Leisure Centre in Fleet. It was an evening of intense swimming with the standard of competition much elevated from our first round match ups in recent years. However FSC swimmers were up to the challenge and performed above expectations in such an early meet of the season. Many FSC swimmers swam to individual life time bests as well as fighting for every point gained. More inspiring was the performance of the FSC relay teams, all squad members gave 100% to combine their efforts in securing a third place finish at the conclusion of the evening’s events.
It was a GREAT start to our 2018 National Arena League campaign – Keep up the FANTASTIC effort and let’s aim to top our effort from round one towards an even better round two!!!!!!
At the end of the month FSC participated in the first Open Meet of the season at the Hart Open Meet and what a weekend it turned out to be! A running percentage of best times for each of the four sessions was remarkable. The first session Saturday afternoon FSC swimmers posted an amazing 92% best time’s performance and this impressive showing continued throughout the weekend! In all four sessions FSC swimmers posted better than 75% life time best times. This performance was truly remarkable and if this is any indication of how this season will unravel it looks like it’s going to be a season to remember!!
Congratulations to ALL of the swimmers who participated in the meet and are showing what a super competitive squad FSC is developing into!
Keep up the good work and continue to reach for your goals!!!!

Message From Chairman
We are currently working to 'boost' our social media presence (especially our Facebook group which seems to be working quite well) and our website. Please make sure you keep using both to remain informed of everything going on in the club! Also, please make sure you have downloaded the OnDeck app which helps you view events, announcements and a lot more information about your swimmers. Have a great autumn everyone and looking forward to seeing you all poolside.
Message from Treasurer:
