For the swimmers that have completed stages 1-7 but are either not ready to commit to the level of training required in competitive swimming or feel that competitive swimming isn’t for them.
A light-hearted session combining a range of activities including swimming, mini polo and lifesaving skills. We are able to work with students that are taking PE as part of their GCSE’s and help them reach their full potential in the swimming pool.
A great way to learn new skills, meet new friends and to keep fitness levels up.
We currently run sessions on Monday and Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm during term-time only.
