Tom Sarah - Assistant Head Coach

Tom’s swimming and coaching journey begun at West Suffolk Swimming Club where he began volunteering from the age of 13 before moving to Cambridge to attend University studying Sports Coaching and Physical Education. In Tom’s final year at University, he was Head Coach at Royston Swimming Club before becoming Assistant Head Coach at City of Cambridge Swimming Club in 2016 following graduation.  Tom is a level 3 qualified coach.

Tom’s passion is to help each and every swimmer meet and exceed their swimming potential.


Christopher Greenhalgh - Development Coach

Chris started swimming at Sudbury and District swimming club, where he started volunteering as a coach. He went on to study and swim abroad in Mallorca for two years, Chris then returned and became Head Coach of Sudbury. After two years he then moved on to West Suffolk Swimming Club to work as part of the coaching team.  Now taking on the role of Development Coach at City of Cambridge.

Chris is Level 2 Swimming and Open Water qualified coach, his passion is to help all swimmers achieve their full potential and continue their love for the sport, as they progress through the academy squads.
