Squads

Which squad is right for me?
After your trial with the club, our coaches will put you into the correct squad. Having worked through the squad system, coaches and athletes may discuss the pathway each swimmer wants to take based on their ambitions and levels of commitment to the sport.

Squad Criteria
Our squad criteria work as guidelines for our squad movements. Ultimately, the coaches select which swimmers move up based on several factors, including technique, fitness and attitude. For those able to commit less time, we have our coached fitness squads.
