Hitchin Swimming Club is a not for profit organisation run by volunteers who form the Committee.
The Committee comprises of four Executive Officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary) and nine other members all with specific roles and responsibilities.
The Executive Officers have the delegated authority to take urgent decisions and deal with day to day operations as needed. All members have accountability to prepare and present an annual plan for their area of responsibility and report in advance of monthly committee meetings via short (1 page) paper.

Committee members are elected by adult members of the Club at the AGM. The 2018 recent AGM will be held on Friday 09th November 2018. All parents and carers are encouraged to attend.
