Swim Squad Structure


Build on the foundations of swimming and learn to dive, turn and race.   

  • 2 sessions available every week.
  • Additional session available at Green Park, Aston Clinton.
  • It's recommended to attend 1 session per week.

  Skill Development     

Strengthen swim skills and master your strokes. Get faster and stronger in the water, and meet the criteria required for competition.

  • Two groups, SD1 and SD2, with set variations in each session.
  • 4 sessions available every week.
  • Recommended to attend 2 or more sessions a week.


Fine-tune your skills and build aerobic endurance to achieve a County standard of swimming. Start to build skills for Regional standard.

  • Up to 6 sessions available every week.
  • It's recommended to attend 5 sessions or more a week.


Specialised coaching for regional and national events. Achieve strict criteria necessary in skills, attitude, attendance, performance

  • Two teams, Regional + for swimmers aged 16 and over, and Regional
  • There are 7 sessions every week.
  • It's recommended to attend at least 6 sessions a week.


Swim and socialise in our sessions dedicated to competent swimmers over the age of 14. Coaching programmes for fitness and strengthening, in fun and supportive surroundings. Ideal for parents of our younger swimmers.
