I’ve been involved in sport since a very young age. My career as a swimming coach started in 2005 in Poland. During my education at the Academy of Sport, I had the opportunity to gain the knowledge from the coaches of the Polish National team, who were preparing swimmers for the Olympic Games in Barcelona 1992. With this considerable amount of knowledge, I started working in Orka Swimming Club in Chelmno, Poland as a County lead coach with swimmers in age 11 – 14.
Graduating from the Academy of Sport and Psychology in Gdansk, Poland, I moved to the UK to develop my skills in teaching and coaching. Soon after, I started teaching in a Leisure Centre, but always wanted to return back to coaching and a short time later I began coaching as a County coach in Leander Swimming Club.
After a successful three and half years, I moved to Croydon Amphibians SC where I'm achieving the best results with swimmers at County, Regional and National level. As a coach, I combine hard work with a passion to make the most impact on the development of my swimmers and encourage them to work hard to achieve the best possible results.
