- no shoes on poolside
- mask on before and after training
- enter via the window side of the pool (spectator area), out via the changing rooms, respecting social distance of 1m+ at all times
- In case of any concerns, questions, signs of illness (any, not just COVID) please speak to the COVID-Liaison on poolside
