For those not wishing to pay online, we will still be taking cash but are unable to offer the facility to pay by card on the door due to WiFi issues. As a result, cash is the only payment option on the door.
Whilst the Changing Rooms will be available for use, the Xcel Centre have requested that swimmers turn up "pool ready" so the changing facilities are available to their swimmers who will need to get changed after their swimming lessons which take place prior to our gala starting.
IMPORTANT NOTE RE POOL ACCESS ON SUNDAY
The Xcel Centre have informed us that they have swimming lessons in the Teaching Pool on Sunday until midday on Sunday, 21st November. As a result, they have requested that, on arrival on the Sunday, swimmers go to the Main Hall opposite the Changing Rooms rather than going poolside. As Warm Up starts in the main pool at 11.30 a.m., swimmers will be marshalled from the Hall for their relevant warm up session. After 12 noon, swimmers will be permitted to take their place poolside for the rest of the day.
Time Trials MAY be available on the day at a cost of £7.50 each but this will be entirely dependent upon a space being available in an existing heat. The Time Trials desk is located at the Entrance to the Viewing Gallery.
