Krista, a swimmer herself, joined the club as Office Manager from January 2019. Moving to the UK from Canada in 2006, she trained as a Primary School Teacher, spending over 10 years in the classroom before deciding to pursue a career focused on sport and completed a MSc Sport Management from Loughborough University. Krista continues to engage in swimming as an open water swimmer as well as coaching adults in open water swimming, triathlon and stand up paddle boarding.
Krista works closely with the office team to manage the administration, members accounts, finances and human resources for both the squad and learn to swim programs.
Swim Lesson Coordinator
As well as being the Lead Coach for our Performance Silver Squad, Kylie took over the role of Swim Lesson Coordinator in late 2017. Kylie manages the collation and review of information of our Learn To Swim program on a daily basis, communicating with Head Teachers, Swimming Teachers, parents and participants as well as our partner organisations.
Kylie began swimming with Camden Swiss Cottage at the age of seven. A breaststroke specialist, she was a County and Regional champion for a number of years. She began teaching swimming with the club at the age of 16.
Tom started swim teaching and coaching at the age of 15 with his local club Thirsk White Horse, where he was Club Captain. Upon coming back from university he became Chairman and was one of the primary coaches.
Tom moved to London in 2013 to complete a Masters degree in Political Science and started working for Camden Swiss Cottage with the Development and Club squads. Tom then progressed to working as Team Manager and Coach Club Squads.
