Squad Fee:-£45.00 per month

Age Band 11-15 years (age as on 31^st Dec on year)

ALL Squad moves will be at the Discretion of the Lead Club Squad Coach and Head Coach

Aims:

• Skill Development (Starts, Turns and Finishes)
• Technique Development (Competence in all 4 strokes and able to complete legally a 100m IM)
• Maintenance of Fitness (General Endurance)

Criteria:

• Consistent Attendance
• Positive application of skills during training
