Age Band 7-9 years old (age as of 31st Dec on year)
ALL Squad moves will be at the Discretion of the Lead Development Coach and Head Coach
Aims:
• Teaching Competitive Skills (Starts, Turns and Finishes)
• Improvement of speed (Using technique to apply speed)
• Test Sets (Kick Tests)
• Competitive Education (Mini-Meets/Squad Meetings)
Criteria:
• Minimum of 2 sessions per week
• 3 competitions per season Sept to July (except for swimmers aged 8 and under as at 31st Dec)
