Age Band 8-10 years old (age as of 31st Dec on year)
ALL Squad moves will be at the Discretion of the Lead Development Coach and Head Coach
Aims:
• Introduction of Coaching elements (Pace Clock/Interval training)
• Test Sets (Kicking and Time Trials)
• Aerobic Capacity (Improving Endurance)
• Perfect starts and turns
• Competitive Development (Regular Competitions and Squad Meetings)
Criteria:
• Minimum of 3 sessions per week
• Minimum of 4 competitions per season Sept to July (with the exception of those aged 8 years at end of the year)
