Age Band 10-12 years old (age as of 31st Dec on year)
ALL Squad moves will be at the discretion of the Lead Development Coach and Head Coach
Aims:
• High Quality Skill work (Starts, Turns, Finishes)
• Test Sets (Time Trials, Kick Tests)
• Aerobic Capacity (Increase in General Endurance)
• Step up session with JAGS Squad (Looking at progression)
• Competitive Development (Regular attendance to competitions)
Criteria:
• Minimum of 3 sessions per week
• Minimum of 6 competitions per season Sept to July
