The position of Club Captain is a prestigious one offered to swimmers who demonstrate leadership, loyalty and integrity.  They have proven to show outstanding commitment to their training and swimming whilst competing for the club as well, especially in areas such as inspiring or motivating younger swimmers whilst acting as good role models and ambassadors the sport and for Staines Swimming Club.  Our coaches look to the senior squads for swimmers who demonstrate these core values and attitudes throughout the season.
