Conditions of Membership
A £10 Club joining fee together with the balance of the monthly squad fee until the end of the month of joining will be due for each swimmer upon joining.
From the first full month onward, squad fees are to be paid monthly in advance, on the 1st of each month by standing order.
Other non-recurring charges will be applied to your account and must be paid within 7 days.
All payments are to be made by bank transfer into the club bank account using the Team Unify account holder surname as reference.
Resignations from the club should be addressed to the Membership Secretary email@example.com with a minimum notice of one month.
All debts must be paid on leaving the club.
Any members whose accounts are more than 60 days in arrears will not be allowed to swim unit their account is settled.
All swimmers must be a member of a squad and pay the full squad fees, regardless of attendance level.
Club swimmers who go on to university may be offered student membership at £4pcm + £4 per swim, at the discretion of the Head Coach. No other pay-per-swim options are permitted.
Swimmers facing prolonged absence due to injury or other circumstance for an extended period may be allowed to put their membership on hold for future months at a reduced rate of £4pcm, at the discretion of the Head Coach and the Management Committee. Please email the Membership Secretary firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss extended absence.
For families with four or more concurrent swimming members, the fourth and subsequent concurrent swimmers will pay no joining fee, and reduced squad fees of £4pcm.

All members (parents and swimmers) agree to abide by the codes of conduct published on the website.
