Land training sessions are currently based at the Engine House Gym in Ardington and take place three times a week. These sessions are coached and swim specific. Available to all squads from County Junior onwards, please speak to you squad coach, or the head coach for further details.
Dryland Warm Up
All swimmers will be expected to complete a warm up set before entering the water for their training session. Coaches will be on hand to help facilitate the warm up routine until the swimmers are confident to complete the set alone within their squads.
The duration of a warm up will depend on the length of the swim session as follows (click link for details of each warm up set):
1hr training - 5-6 min warm up
1.5hrs training/EMT - 10 min warm up
2hrs training - 15 min warm up
