Swimmer of the Month 2018/19

Celebrating the achievements and successes of our swimmers each month.

September 2018

The start of a new season and two swimmers of the month. Septembers swimmer of the month goes to Rosie Spry of Development plus and Lucy Atkin of Talent Development who both had 100% attendance at training.

They are both working really hard and focused at every session, making excellent progress as a result.

Well done girls!

   

October 2018

Congratulations to our swimmer of the month for October, Aegean Bramley of our Performance Squad.  Aegean has a High attendance (over 90%) with a Fantastic effort and attitude at every session.

Aegean really shone in the recent City of Plymouth meet with outstanding PB’s and gold medals or 1st place trophies in every event that she swam. Wow!

Amazing swimming Aegean, well done!   

           

November 2018

Congratulations to our November swimmers of the month. Katie Daniels, Oliver Naylor and Olivia Shute who all showed fantastic commitment to their training and outstanding performances at the the Swim Wales  🏴gbwls  short course nationals.

December 2018

Congratulations to Will Frith of Talent development who won swimmer of the month for December with outstanding swimming at the Yeovil Christmas meet.

March 2019

Congratulations to our March swimmer of the month Poppy Windrum of Talent Developemnt who has a very high attendance during the month, with super effort in training and a positive attitude, Well done Poppy.

April 2019

Connie Frith of Fast Track Squad receives April's swimmer of the month with a great attitude in training and a fantastic personal best in the 400m freestyle in a time of 544.73 at the Two Counties. Well done Connie.

May 2019

Kate has been busy this month competing at the SW regionals and the PL National Qualifier. With her high attendance and fantastic effort, she produced two great swims at the regionals, reaching her first ever regional final. At the PL meet, Kate swam to medal victory in the 100m Breaststroke with a PB in a long course time of 1.24.34 and a bronze medal and in the 50m Breaststroke winning Gold with a PB and in a time of 37.70. What a month May has been for Kate. Well done.
