Masters swimming sessions are suitable for all abilities, providing the swimmer is confident in deep water and can swim a few lengths. Masters will be coached at every session and will be given the opportunity to improve their swimming whether it be for stroke improvement, fitness, or to enter Masters competitions.
The training is competitive and designed to build up your fitness gradually over time. Each session comprises a mix of strokes, distances and challenges which you will enjoy in the company of a real mix of swimmers from very competitive to those who enjoy swimming and being part of a friendly swimming group.
