To all our members,

Thank you to all our members for your continued patience, membership and support, despite the smaller programme provided, due to pool closures in Tower Hamlets during the epidemic.  York Hall remains closed currently, but your committee and coaches are liaising with TH Council & GLL Officers to bring our programme back to “normal” in the coming months, with the re-opening of York Hall.

For the April, May, June, quarter swimming will remain at 2 Locations.                   

Mile End Leisure Centre on Monday, Wednesday and an additional session now on Friday, Poplar Baths Leisure Centre on Thursday. 

Monday at Mile End will be for Swordfish 1 & 2, Competitive Improvers 1,2, 3 & 4, Academy, County/Regional Squad & Squad 12-15 years swimmers.

Wednesday at Mile End is for all groups (including all small pool swimming groups). 

Thursday at Poplar Leisure Centre is for all main pool groups (including the small pool group Swordfish 1, which will access the main pool).

Please note that there is no parking at Poplar Baths Leisure Centre, but there is some street parking available after 5.30 pm. However, he All Saints DLR station is adjacent.

An additional session is now being provided on Friday at Mile End Leisure Centre for Competitive Improver groups 1,2,3 & 4, Academy, and the County/Regional group.

Land Training Online Zoom sessions (ID and Password required) are provided to all main pool members over 8 years of age, who are booked to swim at the above sessions.              These sessions will now be delivered on Tuesdays from 7.00 – 8.00 pm.
