General Information
Stirling Swimming is governed by a constitution, bye-laws and regulations, or set of rules laying out how the club is run.
Each year, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held.
The purpose of the AGM is:

To make any amendments to the constitution and/or bye-laws (providing the required voting majority is achieved).

To elect a Management Group to run the club in accordance with the constitution and bye-laws.

To set membership and training fees.
The Management Group comprises of six elected members and four other Adult members. The Head Coach, Immediate Past President and Stirling Council representative are non-voting members of the Management Group. The elected positions are:

The Management Group meets monthly to run the club in accordance with the constitution and bye-laws, to develop plans and policies for the future running of the club and to co-ordinate club affairs.
